"I was happy to find Emerald Cove Arame Seaweed available at VitaCost, since my local store quit carrying all seaweed. Since my husband became gluten intolerant, we have discovered that we can use this sea vegie as a successful and tasty pasta substitute and still enjoy all of our favorite recipes for Pasta Pesto, Pasta Salad and Spaghetti, . We get less starch, more nutrition."
