"This is the first time I have tried adding coconut oil to my diet, and I'm very pleased. I always thought that coconut oil was a "bad" fat because it was saturated, but now I have learned that the specific fatty acids, such as Lauric acid, in coconut oil are actually quite beneficial for maintaining good cholesterol levels, for the immune system, and for intestinal health. I particularly like the Emerald Laboratories brand because it tastes so delicious. My one problem with it is that it doesn't come in a glass jar. For that reason alone, I may try another brand."
