"I have tried several other creams to try and help symptoms of pre pause. Nothing really helps all that much. After some research found out that when the creams are opened they begin to loose thier effectiveness. So I tried this cream (think it was the 3rd or 4th) with the individual packages. WOW what a difference!! Cramping better, flow decreased, night sweats better, end of world much, much better. Would of like to have better instructions though. For example, you only need to take it for three months and then not again till symptoms return. I am doing the regiment for the second time in almost a year. SOOO worth it!!"

"I love that this has no parabens. I used it for about 3 months and quit when my hot flashes subsided. I found it really increased my libido,too...nice bonus! I keep it on hand to begin using again when my perimenopausal symptoms return. (Maybe they won't!!)"

Where do I put it? We get that question a lot. But trust us, there's nothing weird or hard about it. Just massage a dime-size dollop of cream (about 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon) into your skin. Try your wrists, arms, thighs, tummy-whatever you like. Do that twice a day for 21 days, then rest for the next seven, and you're on your way to natural peri/menopausal balance. Or if you're looking for help with PMS balance, use 14 days on and 14 off.
