Excellent Recovery Drink,

"Endurox R4 is an excellent alternative to the p90x recovery drink. It has the key 4:1 carb:protein ratio and tastes great. The advantage of the p90x recovery drink is that it also contains small amounts of creatine and arginine. To compensate for this, I just added my own creatine and arginine. When you do the math, on a per serving basis, the combination of Endurox R4 with creatine and arginine is significantly cheaper then the p90x recovery drink. Highly recommended."
