"The size is suitable for using in place of the old fashioned hamburger buns we used to be able to eat pre-gluten-free days!

"After I developed a wheat/gluten intolerance, I began trying every wheat substitute I could find. This English Muffin, while not chewy like wheat muffins, has a nice texture and pleasant taste. I often toast them and eat them with breakfast. They have a long shelf like so I order several packs at a time."
