"I tried this as toast w/peanut butter on it but was surprised that it had no taste. It held together well but even w/p.butter, I didn't enjoy it. Hopefully one of the other types will taste better that are gluten free."

"It is hard for me to get GF bread because most have corn or potato flour (which I can't have), but EnerG is one I can have and is quite adequate!"

"Okay so the taste isn't the worse I have ever had. I definitely didn't care for the gritty texture though, but I didn't throw it away. After the first few slices I guess I got used to the texture. If you toast it and lightly spray with the 0 calorie butter its good enough. So yes I would recommend it if you don't mind the texture, but if you like a smoother bread then no. Like another reviewer said, I would still prefer the Ezekiel bread over this."

Storage Recommendations:
Ener-G® Foods recommends that once opened products be put into an airtight container and refrigerated. Freezing our products in their original packages causes them to dry out and crumble. If you wish to freeze our products it is best to remove them from thier original packages and place them in a freezer friendly container. Once opened our products can last a few days, with refrigeration they last approximately 1 week.
