"If you can't eat gluten, this is one of 2 alternatives you can use for pasta. The other is brown rice.
This rice pasta is firm if you don't overcook it (same as regular pasta).
I like mine al dente & I get that with this. I've tried all and all are great!
Of course it doesn't taste exactly like regular pasta made with gluten, but it's a terrific find for those who can't eat gluten!"
