Our bakery is dedicated to wheat free, gluten free baking, guaranteeing that contamination from gluten will not occur. Our innovative packaging gives our products a 1-year shelf life without the need for refrigeration. We bake our products as orders are received to insure that the freshest product is available.

Our bread is kept fresh through a highly developed vacuum packing process and guaranteed until each best before date on the package. With a long shelf life you can enjoy your favorites continuously.

Storage Recommendations:
Ener-G® Foods recommends that once opened products be put into an airtight container and refrigerated. Freezing our products in their original packages causes them to dry out and crumble. If you wish to freeze our products it is best to remove them from thier original packages and place them in a freezer friendly container. Once opened our products can last a few days, with refrigeration they last approximately 1 week.

Serving Suggestions:
Toast or Microwave for 15-30 seconds.
