"DMG was recommended by a friend. He said that it helps lubricate your joints and muscles and helps with dehydration. On the first bottle, I noticed a real difference: My muscles weren't as sore and I didn't feel 'dry' on the inside. On the second bottle, about 9 caps had been broken inside the bottle, causing the fishy smelling powder to spill all over the other pills. It was kind of gross. Also, the product should be a little bit cheaper or give you more for the money. It has helped, though..."
