"I love VitaCost and this product is fine, but I have 2 issues. I split the pill to get better absorption throughout the day (my choice) and the edge of the pill is hard to swallow, but even if I didn't split, it's a huge pill to get down at once. Manufacturers should make smaller pills and increase the dose to 2 a day that would solve both problems for this item and many others! Also, I wish that it have a greater range/variety of B vitamins. All in all, still a fine product that only needs a minor tweak or two."

"for some reason these vitamins smelled terrible to me. fortunatly i was able to give them to a friend who did not mind the smell. I was told that the smell was from the vitamin B and if i didn't like the smell it meant that i probably didn't need any extra B. I ordered the Maxi-sorb max for men from country life that i like much better."
