"This product keeps my iron levels where they need to be. I don't eat red meat, and am a runner, so I have to keep an eye on my iron. I like that this product has the heme iron that you find in red meat. This seems to work well for me, and I have not experienced any problems using the restroom."

"I HAVE tried them all. Every iron pill in every form, Standard Process, MegaFood, chelated, liquid... and this one is the ONLY one that does not make me constipated. This is as close to our bodies as it gets. Its time enzymatic gets some credit. Animal source pills are important for many people who have trouble absorbing nutrients. So save the drama..these things work."

"My doctor prescribed these softgels to complement other iron pills that I take. The softgels are very big and little hard to swallow. Sometimes they make me nauseated. If is hard to confirm that they are effective."
