"I was a bit disappointed in this. The flavor was bad - too much artificial sweetener for me. You have to take too many tablets to get any benefits. Airborne is better. I was looking for an alternative to airborne - something chewable but this didn't do much for me."

Enzymatic Therapy Esberitox® Directions

Adults and children over 12 years of age: 4-6 tablets, three times daily.

Ages 7-11: 2-3 tablets, three times daily.

Ages 4-6: 1-2 tablets, three times daily

Under 4 years: consult a healthcare practitioner.

Note: Take 6 tablets three times daily initially for faster results. Reduce to 4 tablets three times daily as you begin to feel better.
