"The hardest part of my day is after work....picking up the grandkids from daycare and school. I have three....with all the talking, crying, screaming the drive home was maddening. And then if I had to stop by the store to pick up a few items for dinner....well, let's just say I was functioning on my last nerve and the kids were testing it to the limit, so that by the time we arrived home everyone was totally stressed!
This product does a wonderful job of smoothing me out. I take two right after work and by the time I pick up the kids I am happy to see them and can handle whatever comes. One note...if you are looking for a dramatic buzz from this, or even some huge change all of a sudden, it won't happen. Instead what you get is an "awareness" that you are calm. Thats whats so great about this. You are calm but not buzzed up."

"I take this when I am stressed, upset, or if I've had caffeine and it's bedtime. It's an amino acid from green tea and it causes relaxation and calmness without any tiredness or sleepiness whatsoever. You can use it anytime of day or night."

"Very good product for taking the "edge" off stressful situations. You will be alert but relaxed and calm. It disolves very easily in liquid. The gelatin capsules are very small and easy to swallow. Very good product overall for anxiety, panic and stress. Two capsules work quickly for immediate relief of stress and anxiety."
