"Turned 50 this past year and the mood swings along with not too frequent hot flashes caused me to do some research. The moods were bad. I read that it might take a while for me to feel the Remifemin working or I might notice it right away. I've been taking it for 6 months now and I seem to feel progresively better. Even though my periods are starting to come at different times of the month now too. A few friends complain about thier hot flashes, but I don't have those at all. I'm sure that's due to the Remifemin. Of course you want to buy this here on line since in the stores it gets really pricey and you'll never want to be without it. I'm sure it's one of those supplements that works so well, that once you feel good you stop taking it thinking that you're just doing so well. And your symptoms come back with a vengence. I won't run out of this. I like that there are so many pills in one box too!"
