Enzymedica pH-Basic Directions

1 - 2 capsules before bed with at least 6 ounces of water. For therapeutic effect: 1 in the morning, 1 in the afternoon and 2 before bed. Always take 1 hour before or 2 hours after meals. To test pH of urine, use pH paper (enclosed) with key on bottle.
