"I selected this supplement as being one of the very, very few Cal-Mag supplements that had a form of magnesium other than oxide. Unfortunately, and not as clear as I would have liked from the labeling, in order to get the full dosage of this, you have to take six a day. This makes it not a very good value at all and I shall look into making my own Cal-Mag supplement."
