Product Pricing and Exchange Rates

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. When paying by credit card, the credit card company will calculate the exchange rate and include it in your monthly statement.

Shipping Terms and Conditions
  • Street address must be provided for shipping. Vitacost.com cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.
  • Customs regulations vary by country. Know your country’s customs policies before ordering from Vitacost.com to avoid delayed/cancelled deliveries or unexpected fees.
  • It is the customer’s responsibility to contact the local customs office to determine whether shipment of products ordered is allowed into the country.
  • When ordering from Vitacost.com, the customer is considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which goods will be received.

Shipping Fees, Import Duties and Taxes
  • International shipping fees will be calculated by weight and destination.
  • Prices do not include customs fees, taxes or tariffs. Vitacost.com has no control over additional charges and cannot predict what they may be. It is the customer’s responsibility to pay any additional charges for customs clearance.

Returns or Packages Refused
  • If a package is returned due to address errors made by the customer, refusal by the customer to accept the package or country’s laws prohibit ordered items from entering the country, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees billed to Vitacost.com.
  • If a package is returned to Vitacost.com due to violation of a country’s laws, the customer will be responsible for any fees (such as quarantine, warehousing or shipping fees) billed to Vitacost.com. A refund will be issued for merchandise only, minus 20 percent of the value of your order as a re-stocking fee.
  • If return shipping cost is greater than cost of goods ordered, Vitacost.com will instruct the carrier to abandon the package, and the customer will not receive credit for the order.
  • If package delivery has been halted by customs/abandoned by shipping carrier, the customer will not receive credit for the order.
