When do we ship?

Orders placed Monday-Friday, before 2pm EST, will ship the same day. Orders placed Monday-Friday after 2pm will ship the next business day. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will ship on Monday.

How do you ship?

Packages weighing less than 2 lbs will ship via United States Postal Service. All packages sent to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO will ship via United States Postal Service. Packages weighing more than 2 lbs will ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).

What are the shipping costs for my domestic shipment?

All standard shipping is $4.99 for delivery anywhere in the continental U.S. Standard shipping for Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico is $9.99.

Can you get your order faster?

You can chose UPS 2-day, 3-day, 1-day, or UPS Air Saver to get your order faster. You will be responsible for the extra charges. If you have a PO Box, APO or FPO, you can choose USPS priority mail. Again, you will be responsible for the extra shipping charges.

I live outside of the United States, and the country I live in is not listed in your list of countries that you deliver to. How can I get an order shipped to me?

If your country is not listed, we are unable to ship to that country. Many vitamins and nutritional supplements are considered "medicines" in different countries and require either a prescription or approval from the ministry of health.

Can I ship to an address other than my own?

Yes, you can. If ordering online, you will have the option of entering a separate shipping address. If ordering over the phone, you can just let the customer service associate know that you want to ship your order somewhere else.

I order the same products every month. Is there a way to set it up so the products will automatically ship to me?

Yes, there is. With our EZShip program, you can have product sent to you at any interval you like. At the time of shipment, your credit card will be charged and the product will ship to you. To activate EZShip, you can either do it here on the web site, or you can call customer service at 1-800-793-2601. If you have any NSI® products on your EZShip, you will receive a 5% discount every time an NSI® item EZShips to you.

Do your probiotic products ship refrigerated?

No, they do not. We keep our products in a temperature controlled environment in our warehouse, but they are not refrigerated.

I am placing an order, but one or more of the items is on backorder. When will I receive my order?

If any of your items are on backorder, we will hold the entire order until all items are in stock. If you wish, however, you do have the option of splitting your order, so that the in stock items will ship automatically, and then the backorder item/items will ship when they come in. Be aware, however, that you will be charged standard shipping charges on each shipment. If you would like to split your order, please let the customer service associate know, or if you are placing an order online, you will have that option at check-out.
