Directions
Take one of two tablespoons daily. Sprinkle over cereals, yogurt, cottage cheese, ice cream, etc. Mix into soups, salad dressings, sauces, gravies, breaeds, and baked goods. Blend with fruit or vegetable juices, using a blender for ont to two minutes.
