"This product is an essential part of my baking. I make 18 loaves of whole wheat bread each week, and it's in all of them. The results are great.
Also, I have heard you can use it to make your own non-stick cooking spray, but I haven't tried that yet."

Whole Wheat Baked goods light as a feather...,

"I add a few tablespoons of this to my baked goods and it makes them light as a feather. I bake only with whole wheat and when I add Fearn Liquid Soy Lecithin no one can tell the difference between whole wheat and white. I don't measure it with a spoon, instead I judge by eye. Approximately one tablespoon per two cups of flour in the recipe. The reason for not using a spoon is that the Liquid lecithin is like axle grease - it is SO hard to get off your hands and utensils. To us, just mix it well into your liquid ingredients and continue as usual with your recipe."

Not What I Expected,

"This product was totally not what I was expecting. I expected it to be a true liquid, when in fact it is more like an oil. It reminded me of flaxseed oil almost. I had to mix it in with my oatmeal everyday just to get it down, otherwise I would gag on it. It would not mix in with a smoothie or hot tea either. The lecithin soft gels were a much better choice for me."
