"This was one of the best deals on EVOO I could find. The only bad thing is they recommend you refrigerate it. No big deal right? Well once its cold it solidifys so you cant pour it out of the bottle. Its too much of a hassle to pull it out 1hr before you need it so it can get closer to room temp, so I just leave it out. The only thing is I wonder how long it will last this way or if it will be fine... Only time will tell."
