"This is an excellent brand of flaxseed oil. I have used it for for about 7 years now and will not change. I started to use this when my skin started having a few too many breakouts. It is naturally oily and I read that taking EFA's is actually good for oily skin because it thins out the sebum, so your skin can slough all of the garbage off itself. In about a week, I notied a few more whiteheads and a couple of blackheads and wondered what was happening. For about two weeks, the garbage truly came to the surface and off. After that, I have not had a significant breakout. Plus, I noticed that my skin was extra soft and the oil was moderated. My skin is still oily, but it does not lead to breakouts which is great.

Otherwise, flaxseed oil is excellent for overall moisturizing your skin and hair from the inside out. My hair can get dry in the winter and this with black currant oil really did the trick. This was just a side benefit in my mind.

Feel comfortable in trying this brand. Some of the others nauseated me badly."
