"This is the most active form of B-6 and is necessary for utilization of all amino acids, proteins, fats, and carbohydrates. I take it with glutamine, GABA, and glycine amino acids. I have problems with some B's (yeast?) but I have no problems with this supplement."

"I think that almost everyone can benefit from this excess estrogen remover. Did you know that we pick up estrogens from drinking out of a plastic cup? Anyhow, I noticed a increase in my energy once I started taking them. I was taking 2 caps at once which I think was too much since I was getting a headache every time, so I just take 1 cap. Honestly, I notice a difference. I think we all exposed to these extra estrogens daily and it's not healthy for our bodies. It's kind of like a detoxifier. Great price compared to other sites and there's quite a bit of info on this product. I will continue to use."

"This is a wonderful green drink product. I love reading the ingredients label ~ it has everything! My preferred way of drinking it is to stir it in water and after dissolved, add a packet of Emergen-C. It becomes a delightful green drink that is tasty and even children enjoy! So glad I found this !"
