"This was recommended as I have had difficulty with short windedness when running. Don't smoke, healthy, not over weight so I tried this and within a few days I could tell a difference in breathing when I ran. Able to take fuller breaths and less winded. Increase of overall stamina. Highly recommend this product as it contains many vital components for maintaining good health."
