As a dietary supplement the following is recommended:
Under 2 years: 3-5 drops daily for maintenance. Active - 5 drops twice daily.
2-5 years: 5 drops daily for maintenance. Active - 0.5 ml, twice daily.
5-12 years: 0.5 ml daily for maintenance. Active - 1.0 ml twice daily.
12 years - Adult: 1.0 ml daily for maintenance. Active - 1.0 ml 2-4 times daily.
1 drop = 15 mg DMG
