"First of all, I trust Garden of Life products. They are well researched and produced with high quality standards. FYI Ultra is the only glucosamine formula I've found that doesn't come from shellfish. I'm over 50 and work as a fitness instructor. I find I have better joint stability than I did just a couple years ago, since beginning to take FYI Ultra."
