"I tried giving my kids the flavored cod liver oils and they would not take them, they hated the taste. They do both really like these (they even bring me the bottle so I don't forget to give them). My daughter did mention that they are chewier than the Nordic Naturals, but it doesn't bother her."

"My kids do not like the taste. I tried them and don't blame them. Cross between strawberries and old fish. Too soon to tell if they help my one child focus but will continue to see. Wish they could condense the doseage to one gel cap as opposed to the 4."

"Purchased these for my 3-year-old son, he had it in his mouth for seconds before he spit them out and looked at me and said, "its fish?". I tried them and as soon as I bit into it I reached for something to drink to get rid of the overly fishy taste. Thankfully he has no problem just swallowing them with a gulp of water. They are great quality and provide the Omegas that are so important, however I do not recommend it as a 'chewable' strictly a swallowed vitamin."

"My daughter had one and it was instant spitting out and gagging. I tried it and found the smell very strong and overpowering.

The outer casing is too stiff and so I poked a hole and squished the contents as I normally do with other brands of omega, you should have seen her face."
