"It's hard to believe that something organic and healthy could be so delicious. I leave home for work very early in the mornings and sometimes miss breakfast. I am usually so hungry, and then I remember my bar. It is so jam packed with nutrients that I take only tiny bites which I savor. A bottle of water to wash it down, and I am good until late afternoon. My daughter also loves these bars and told me to make sure I order her a whole box for herself next time. Way to go Garden of Life--another outstanding product from a company I love and trust.

"This is a great way of getting the daily fiber that our body needs with out having to think about it so much. It good tasting and it fills you up. The first time, I found it a bit chewy and a little hard to swallow. I must have have a whole glass of water with it and it took me about 30 mins. to eat the whole thing, but it got easier and easier."
