"Lots of wonderful sprouts included means a great combination of essential protein from the plant kingdom. The taste is not the worst, nor is it the best. It's tolerable...the way I feel about broccoli...not bad, but nothing to get excited about. Fills me up and makes me feel nourished, but not weighed-down."

"I bought this product because of the ingredients and as I was waiting for it to be shipped, I read the reviews on how bad the taste was. Well, I found a way to make the taste fairly good so I can take advantage of all the health benefits.

I take one frozen banana and a few frozen strawberries with chocolate soy milk, then I use one scoop of this product (half the recommended amount) mixed with one scoop of a chocolate protein powder and blend it together in a blender for a frozen chocolate smoothie. The taste is not only bearable, it's actually pretty good! Enjoy!!"

"RAW Meal is awesome! I have two shakes a day (in the morning & at night), and it makes me feel great and energetic! I make my shakes with 8 oz of water, 1 banana and 1 scoop of RAW Meal. The banana gives it a creamy flavor, it tastes good that way. I think about all the nutrition that's going down and that makes it taste even better!!"
