"I was wanting to save some money over the cost of the regular woman's formula and these are great. I just have to take some separate B-12 in the afternoon and I can't tell any difference between these and the 4 capsule per day vitamins."

"My sister-in-law (who is a doctor) was telling me how so many multi-vitamins do not get broken down absorbed by the body. Also, a friend of mine was telling me how much better a whole foods vitamin was since the vitamins are from real food and not chemicals. I decided to give this one a try. They are very easy to swallow (just a normal sized capsule) and you can see the powder inside the clear capsule so you know it dissolves easily and gets absorbed. I will continue using these."
