"If we are what we eat I only want the best kind of building blocks for my baby.

Furthermore these are organic and gluten-free. Two things that are very important to me.

I like that you can sprinkle this on something, mix it with juice/water or just swallow it. I think you can taste the iron out of it...it's that slightly metallic, harsh taste. But it doesn't bother me.

I have no problem swallowing these pills. I like that they're not gelatinous and intend to continue taking these prenatals after delivery, while breastfeeding."

"I've tried many different food-based prenatals, and I've liked a lot of them. This is another product that is excellent and comparable in price. I like that it's in capsule form, so easily dissolved and absorbed; however, it's extremely hard for me to swallow. I have a somewhat strong gag reflex, however I can usually swallow vitamins pretty easily. However, whether it's the shape (more rounded than a typical formed vitamin) or the material (capsules can be sticky when wet) it's extremely hard to get down. I am thinking about switching back to my previous prenatals for this reason alone."

"I previously took Nature's Way Completia, but I thought I would try this when I needed a refill, and I am very impressed. It has whole food enzymes, all the extras like herbals, veggies, etc that you would expect from a great prenatal, even the updated vit D3 USDA recommendations. I encourage all preg, nursing, or planning to become preg moms to READ and RESEARCH up on their prenatal vitamin choices, there are some great ones out there with great absorption rates. This is one of them. I love this product, and I feel great and nourished when I am taking it. I don't feel like I am throwing $$ away on a vitamin with no absorption..."
