"I'm a bit confused, as i ordered and have consumed the Fiico Protein High Protein Thermogenic Bar- Peanut Butter Crunch! And i don't know if that is ''this'' exact bar, but i don't see another one. It is very good, great ingredients. I eat 1/2 at a time between meals unless i'm eating it for ''lunch''. I think it's really working on the appetite & weight. I know it's expensive, but if it works, then it's definately worth it. Seems to help the blood sugar level they way i eat them. Trust GOL to have good products. I also use GOL Primal Defense- probiotic formula. Best one i've found. Helps keep me ''regular'' in the go station."

"These taste really good to me. I will add, though, that I do not eat sugar, so if you are expecting it to taste like a regular candy bar, it probably won't. I think it also helps me to burn calories because it seems to be assisting me with my diet program. I follow Jordan Rubin's "Maker's Diet"."

"I tried these when they first came out, and to be honest I wasn't really fond of them back then, due to the after-taste and brick-like texture. But it appears that these have since been reformulated, because they are now delicious, with a mildly sweet peanut flavor, and just the right bit of chewiness. Perfect for when I need a small meal on the go. I love these because they satisfy my sweet tooth in a healthy way."

"this food bar tastes excellent for what it is; a high energy protein bar blended with fuccoxanthin and the correct sweetners for optimal health; real food,
no refined sugar! Carbs to protein and fat are in ratio for optimal digestion and metabolic processing.
I eat these bars for on the go as my "fourth meal" because they provide me with just the right amount of calories and energy and fiber while I am on the road and in between meals at home. I've read Jordan Rubin's books and have total faith in his products as well as the Perfect Weight America program!"
