Genesis Today 4 Sleep and Relaxation™ Directions
As a liquid supplement, take 1 fl. oz. 45 minutes to 1 hour prior to bedtime or as directed by your health care provider. One additional 1 fl. oz. serving may be taken if desired. Follow with 4-6 oz. of purified water.
