"This protein powder has been phenomenal for my family. My wife and I eat very high vegetables, high protein, lift weights and work out a lot. So, we're always looking for an excellent alternative that's little-to-no carbohydrate and all protein. This shake is PERFECT to add as much protein as you want to gain muscle and then add any flavors to it to make your own shake while adding *zero* carbohydrates (if need be) if you're trying to keep your insulin levels down and hence your body's fat-storage."

"I use this soy protein powder in combination with Walker Diet Protein Powder. One scoop each and it works well. This way I can get my soy protein I need. If used alone it is very gritty and does not mix well."
