"Great product. Helps with sensitive stomachs and my daughter's pre-ulcer condition. It won't 'coat' the stomach like gels do since it's like water, but we couldn't handle the taste of the gels. We drank 3 oz on an empty stomach and then sipped 3 oz more over a 15 minutes period. Have used it for years, but not on a regular basis. Best taste of them all!!"
