Giovanni Sunset Styling Lotion™ Hair Changer -- 8.5 fl oz
Not as heavy as many
I really wanted to love this product because it isn't full of unpronounceable chemicals, but it is only ok. I haven't found any product that is better than ok. This one isn't as stiff and heavy as many of them are, and you don't need much, so it lasts a long time, but my hair is just hard to control. I have naturally wavy/curly, very thick, fluffy/frizzy hair that no product or equipment seems able to smooth and hold in place without extreem weight and stiffness. It is in the top 10% of products I've used, but it still isn't doing what I'd hoped for.

was watery not like lotion. Did nothing for my curly hair that is med/thin. and using on hair wet then letting dry then straigthing it made it feel sticky and rough. Will not buy again.

great quality product
This is a great brand and I have enjoyed each product that I have purchased. This product works great and is way cheaper than in stores. This product is very popular and seems to be in many stores but I order online because of price.

Well, it's not crunchy...
People are right, this doesn't leave your hair crunchy. And to be fair, it does do a good job of making my wavy hair curlier... but it's sort of like glue when it dries. Maybe it's best for straight hair. It looks nice when I use it on my hair, but try to run your fingers through it and they'll get stuck!

This is definitely an average styling "tonic"; it is not thick enough to be labeled as a lotion in my opinion.
Very messy! It should be bottled in a spray bottle, not a snap top bottle.
It does make my waves very shiny and they stay in tact most of the day without stiffness. Works good in humid climates.
