"Banana Walnut is the best Gnu Bar flavor, imho, and I have tried them all. It tastes like banana bread yet provides a lot of healthy fiber. These are good for dieters because the high fiber fills you up and their calories are on the low end for bars."

"The Gnu bars provide maximum fiber with minimum calories, perfect for dieters. The texture is similar to chewy granola bars and with a lot of water they are filling. The Java Chip has strong, natural coffee flavor with a hint of mocha and isn't overly sweet."

"These "Flavor + Fiber" bars are just that - a BIG 12 g of fiber in a great tasting snack bar. I especially like the Orange Cranberry (very orangey) and the Bananna Walnut. If you're trying to get the fiber grams up in your diet, and want a great tasting morning or afternoon snack (at only 130 to 140 calories each), consider these bars. They are ALL NATURAL - no HFCS. They are moist and not "cardboard" or "sawdust"-like (as some high fiber bars are). The 5 bar pack allows one to try them - but not over commit to a large quanity. (It would be nice if VitaCost started offering the 16 bar packs too.) :-)"
