Place one tea bag in a cup, add 5 to 8 oz. of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea slowly while still hot. Adults and children 12 years of age and older: drink 3 cups per day, or more if desired, up to a maximum of 12 cups per day. Children under 12 of age: consult a physician.
