Good Earth Tea for Sleep™ Directions
Place one tea bag in a cup, add 5 to 8 oz. of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea slowly while still hot.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: drink 1 or 2 cups in the evening and again befor bedtime. Children 6 to 12 years of age: give half the recommended adult dosage. Children under 6 years of age: consult a physician.
Warnings
As with any herbal supplement, if you are pregnant or nursing a baby, seek the advice of a physician before using this product. Valerian may cause drowsiness. Do not use when driving a motor vehicle or operating machinery. Do not use if you are taking sedatives or tranquilizers. If you experience an adverse reaction, discontinue use of this product, and seek the advice of an health care professional. Keep this product out of the reach of children.
