Place one tea bag in a cup, add 5 to 8 oz. of boiling water. Steep for 5 to 10 minutes. Drink the tea slowly while still hot.
Adults and children 12 years of age and older: drink 1 or 2 cups in the evening and again befor bedtime. Children 6 to 12 years of age: give half the recommended adult dosage. Children under 6 years of age: consult a physician.
