Dr. Hagiwara's Carrot Essence® is a whole food source of the natural antioxidants, alpha-carotene, beta-carotene, and vitamin C. The fresh organic carrots are harvested at their nutritional peak, washed, juiced, and then spray-dried in a temperature-controlled manner to stabilize their nutrients. Maltodextrin, a complex carbohydrate, is added to coat and protect the delicate nutrients from harmful oxidation. Carrot Essence also contains a natural source of vitamin C from the acerola berry.

 

Carrot Essence provides over 200% of the RDI of Vitamin A (as beta carotene) plus over 50% of the RDI of Vitamin C in a single serving.
