"I take Green Magma powdered barley grass every day. I even mix a teeny bit into my dog's food. My dog is 25 lbs and I give him 1/4 tsp/day but I am NOT a vet so check w/yours first.

For me I take 1 tsp/day though I may up the dose now.

The taste is MUCH better than some other powered barley grass products which can taste like the contents of an ash tray. Still I enjoy mixing it into half apple juice half water for a lower sugar but still yummy drink. The apple juice totally masks the grassy flavor.

My acupuncturist recommends this for me to help balance my energy, but only when the weather is warmer than 50 degrees F as it can be a little cooling and I'm more sensitive to stuff like that."
