"A previous poster noted that there are only 19 grams of whey vs the 25 grams overall that they advertise. What he's not accounting for is the plant and grain based protein sources in this product. I challenge you to find another product with this spectrum of ingredients for a better price"

"My physician recommended I use the Greens Today mens formula as a meal substitute, as part of a weight loss plan. I followed his instructions, but used Silk milk instead of water to mix with. It adds a few more calories, but minimal.
The taste with Silk blended with ice into a milk shake is much better. Alone, with water, it tastes like grass."

Take Greens Today® Men's Formula once daily on an empty/light stomach. Pour 10-12 oz of water, juice, soy, rice or almond milk into a shaker container (At The Organic Frog, they like to shake it up in water!). Add in portion recommended with enclosed measured scoop. Cover, shake well, and enjoy!
