"This product is packed with essential nutrients that promote energy at the cellular level. I often work out and use bottled water spiked with Greentastic and Greens Today Reds Complete. My workouts have been a lot more productive lately because of this. A study should be done to see whether this is just a placebo effect or if what I am feeling and seeing is real. Personally, I think it's obviously helping me."
