Greens Today Vegan Formula Directions

Take Greens Today® Vegan Formula once or twice daily on an empty/light stomach. Pour 8-12 oz of water, juice, soy, rice or almond milk into a shaker container.(At the Frog, they like to shake it up in water!). Add in portion recommended with enclosed measured scoop. Cover, shake well, and enjoy!

Adults: 1 scoop.
Children: 1/2 scoop.

It is suggested you drink 6-8 glasses of pure water daily.
