"This is a great starting cereal. My son has had some food allergies through my breast milk and minor skin allergies. Reviews elsewhere directed me towards this item. Started my son on solids at 6 months with this cereal and after the adjustment to the spoon, he loves it. Started with breast milk the first 2 servings, after with just water. The probiotics are a plus. No problem with constipation even with the iron and vitamins in cereal. Too bad you have to buy a case. Would be better if could buy singly or a case mixed of the 3 cereals offered by the company. Would still buy again because how easy it was on my son's GI tract."

Happy Baby HappyBellies™ Organic Brown Rice Baby Cereal Directions

Pour desired amount of cereal into bowl.
Add liquid of choice (breast milk, formula or water all work fine).
Mix until it's the right thickness for baby.
Feed your baby right away. throw away any leftovers.

FOR BABY'S FIRST FEEDING:

Use 4 Tbsps of liquid for every 1 Tbsp of dry cereal. Increase portion as baby grows.

QUICK TIP:

Add some of HAPPYBABY's pureed fruits (like Mango or Pear) for even more flavor!

HEATING GUIDE:

Heat liquid of choice with a bottle warmer, or microwave on medium (50%) power for 15 to 30 seconds
Mix thoroughly with cereal to even out temperature.
TEST temperature before serving.

NOTE: Breast milk should not be microwaved, as it breaks down its composition.
