Beautiful Dewy Skin/Shiny Hair, December 19, 2008

"Black currant is a very special essential fatty acid (EFA) because of the balance between the Omega 3 and Omega 6. Plus, the GLA is wonderful at minimizing PMS symptoms.

This was the first EFA I ever took and I always come back to this brand because of the superior quality of the company's oils. I can really notice a difference. I've been taking black currant for over 10 years.

It keeps my skin smooth and silky without breakouts. It encourages softness and rapid cell turnover for utterly delightful skin. My skin is quite oily and it thins out the sebum to avoid breakouts, as it is reputed to do. For my hair, which tends to get a bit dry, it keeps it utterly shiny, soft and manageable. A little does a lot because I take only 2 softgels daily.

I get a lot of compliments on both my skin and hair. I know this helps my hair at the follicle level because my hair is very strong and grows very fast. And, the softness and shine are just a bonus.

My only wish is that Health From the Sun made a larger bottle:)"

"This is the best source of GLA for me...I have tried evening primrose oil and also borage oil...yet find I have more success with black currant seed oil..for me it is the best and Health from the Sun is a name I trust."
