"A quarter teaspoon of this stuff in a little juice is way better if you ask me than having to swallow a big capsule. I imagine you could even use the 1/4 tsp on your salad, cereal, whatever, without even noticing it's there, as it doesn't have a taste. Like this very much as my source of omegas."
