"you must drink these with water they are not very effective if you don't. I felt much better after taking them non-stop for 3 weeks. It's a rough 3 weeks but it pays off in the end."

"I normally take two at night and have no problem in the morning after I eat breakfast. Sometimes when I eat fast food I take one aferwards; works well. No cramping in the stomach. I like that they come in a capsule because my body disolves them faster."

Suggested Use:
Adults: take 4 capsules 3 times daily with at least 10-12 ounces of water, juice or your favorite beverage. Taking this product without enough liquid may cause choking.
Children 6 yrs-12 yrs: 1/2 the adult dosage.

Suggested use for better results: Super Colon Cleanse may be used alternately with Colon Cleanse. Use Super Colon Cleanse for a thorough cleansing periodically, followed by the Colon Cleanse for maintenance in between.
