"I have used this product for the last six months and have been very pleased with the results. It provides the soluble fiber that is missing from a typical American diet.

Easy to mix with water and take two or three times daily.

"Colon Cleanse is one of the better husk mixes. It helps keep things "going". Only bad thing about this product is if you don't drink it right away, it gets clumpy. Also you need a blender to mix this product properly."
